By accessing or using SearchPulse ("the Service"), operated by Spacemen Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SearchPulse is a web-based dashboard that connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts to provide enhanced reporting, trend analysis, AI-powered insights, and custom reports. The Service requires you to authenticate with your Google account and grant read-only access to your search data.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Plans and Pricing

SearchPulse offers a Free plan with real-time Search Console viewing, and a Pro plan with additional features including data warehousing, CSV export, and advanced analytics. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended use
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and optionally the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. AI-Powered Features

Certain features use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate insights and analysis. These AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional SEO advice. You are responsible for providing your own Anthropic API key and any associated costs.

8. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim any ownership over your Search Console data, Analytics data, or any reports generated through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Spacemen Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
